Personal Organizational Specialist

Beth Dubin is the founder and owner of BeOrganizedByBeth, a professional organizing company dedicated to creating calm, functional, and beautifully organized spaces. With a passion for turning clutter into clarity, Beth helps clients simplify their homes and lives through customized, sustainable systems. From closet refreshes to full home makeovers, she combines a detail-oriented eye with a supportive, non-judgmental approach to make organizing both effective and empowering. In addition to home organization, Beth also provides administrative and task-based support tailored to her clients’ needs.

Beth brings years of professional experience to her work. She previously helped run Educated Cleaners, her husband Brian’s eco-friendly commercial cleaning company in the Washington, DC metro area, and worked in customer service and office management at her father’s dental practice in DC. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Assistant to John Hendricks, Founder and Chairman of Discovery Communications.

Deeply involved in her community, Beth has been a member of Washington Hebrew Congregation for more than a decade, serving in leadership roles such as Vice Chair and Co-Chair of Mitzvah Day, President of the Early Childhood Center Parents Committee, and volunteer with the Good Neighbors Initiative to support refugee resettlement. She has also co-chaired the congregation’s Red Cross Blood Drive, volunteered with Girls on the Run, and supported multiple initiatives at Beverly Farms Elementary School. Currently, she is chairing the largest annual Booster Club fundraiser for Winston Churchill High School Athletics, where she has been an active committee member for the past two years.

Beth holds a double major in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Vermont. She and her husband Brian, married for 21 years, live in Potomac, MD. Their daughter Andi Reese (16) is a junior at Winston Churchill High School, and their son Asher Chase (19) is a freshman at the University of Colorado–Boulder.
